Panic! on the Disco is a pop rock/electronica band depending out of Las Vegas, Nevada. The band is made from Brendon Urie (vocals, guitar, keyboard) and his formative years friend, Spencer Smiths (drums), in conjunction with their schoolmate, Ryan Ross (guitar, keyboard, backing vocals).
To promote their music, the band made contact with Pete Wentz (of Fall Out Boy) due to his LiveJournal webpage. Impressed via the band, Wentz for my part met with the band and signed them to his imprint label Decaydance. Under the label, the band published their debut album, A where to buy official kpop lightsticks Fever You Cant Sweat Out, which would debut at #112 on the Billboard 2 hundred album charts.
Featured in Spin mag as their band of the day in early October 2005, achieving #1 at the MySpace chart, and perpetually staying in PureVolumes Top 10 chart, may only support grow the bands recognition. An look on MTVs TRL on January 17, 2006, at the most reliable of their track video for I Write Sins Not Tragedies, also helped garner the band a lot exposure.
To date, the bands 2005 debut album, A Fever you Cant Sweat Out has sold over 750,000 devices. The band is presently headlining a North American summer time travel with The Dresden Dolls and The Hush Sound, a band additionally signed to Decaydance.
